*January 5th, 2015 UPDATE: OK, my tastes have drastically changed when it comes to pearl milk tea. I now think that 黃巾珍珠奶茶 isn't worth getting. I recognized that they didn't have quality tea from the beginning, but now I think that they don't have a nice milk taste, the pearls are too mushy, and it's basically just sugar water that you're drinking. If you like sugar water pearl milk tea, I would recommend 50嵐 because their milk tea has a better sugary taste, haha, and their pearls are firm and chewy. If you're like me and enjoy milk tea for the taste of tea with only a hint of sugar, I highly recommend my favorite milk tea shop, Presotea 鮮茶道.

黃巾珍珠奶茶 Yellow Towel Pearl Milk Tea has a good milk tea and mushy pearls, but very bad quality tea. I like how their pearls are soaked in brown sugar. The pearls are too mushy to enjoy if you order less than 70% sugar. However, the sweet and mushy pearls work great as a dessert pearl milk tea, a change of pace from QQ pearls. If you get less than 100% sugar, it's going to taste like a mushy boring milk tea, so I only recommend getting 100% sugar when ordering from them. It's a good sugar loaded pearl milk tea. Keep in mind that I'm not saying that they're quality, I recommend them more as a personal preference for when I was a very sweet, mushy pearl milk tea.
The Dunhua location is down the first alley on your left after you come out of exit 2 at Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT Station. It will be one of the first shops on your right with a yellow sign with blue text 黃巾珍珠奶茶. You can see it in my photos below. It's right next to a cheap, good traditional Taiwanese food restaurant, so you can make a food and milk tea excursion in one spot.
