This is one of the few restaurants in Taipei where you can get authentic Italian pasta cooked by Italians. All dishes are served the traditional way of al denta. Some of their traditional types of Italian pasta cannot be had anywhere else in Taipei.

Tutti Cafe has some of the best Italian Taiwanese fusion spaghetti dishes in Taipei. The spaghetti is always cooked al dente, and the creatively delicious sauces that are used are what makes their spaghetti dishes stand out in Taipei.

KIRIN PASTA has some of the best Taiwanese style spaghetti that I've tried in Taipei. Some of their dishes are similar to what you would get in a good restaurant in America. They also have a lot of unique spaghetti dishes with Taiwanese influences that work really well. Also, it's cheap and large proportioned.

Woolloomooloo has the best pesto pasta dish that I have tried in Taipei. It's just as good or better than what you'd get at exceptional restaurants in America or Australia.

Pricier than it's American counterpart, but if you don't mind the bill, some of the best American Italian style pasta can be had at Macaroni Grill. The ravioli is amazing. Also, this is one of the very few places in Taipei one can get an authentic American Italian fettuccine Alfredo.
