Siji You is not a chain, but a single tea shop, at least it was at the time of this review. I discovered it in Banqiao, not too far away from the Fuzhong MRT station. It's one of the best tea shops in Taipei. Their milk to tea ratio is perfect and the bubbles/pearls are chewy. 

They have a big, delicious selection of milk tea variations to choose from. They advertise that they're a healthy metropolitan tea shop, and it appears to be so from what I have ordered. For instances, they use real strawberries in their strawberry milk tea, so you get some strawberry chunks and seeds on the bottom which go really nicely with pearls, lychee jelly, or just by itself. They even have a grass jelly milk tea which I thought was cool because before this place opened, I custom ordered this drink at 50Lan once and they thought I was weird and asked me if I was sure I wanted it, haha. Now it's on the menu at Siji You Tea. I also recommend their Earl Grey milk tea which I have come to enjoy more than the typical milk tea which has black tea.

I have tried so many bubble tea shops throughout Taipei. There are a lot of duds and OK shops. Every time I find an exceptional great shop, I add it to my list so that I can enjoy great milk tea wherever I happen to be in Taipei. Siji You Tea easily made it on my top list of tea shops. This is the place to go if you're in the area.
